Aruna Venkidu

Aruna Venkidu, Esq. practices exclusively in the area of Immigration and Naturalization Law for the past 18 years. She is an active member of the State Bar of California, American Immigration Lawyer’s Association, and Tamil Nadu Bar Association in India. Ms. Venkidu is recognized and is listed as an Honored Professional in the National Register’s Who’s Who. She has expertise in all aspects of immigration law, including employment based and family based immigration. She has worked with numerous corporate and individual clients. She has represented over 500 companies throughout the US and worked on over 8000 immigration cases. She has assisted individuals to get the permanent residency through extraordinary ability, and outstanding professors and researchers categories. She also assisted permanent residents to obtain US citizenship. She finds pleasure in assisting her clients to go thru the immigration journey without stress.

Selvaraj Venugopal

Selvaraj Venugopal is licensed to practice law both in California and India. He has been practicing law in San Jose for the past 17 years. He handles a wide variety of legal matters for emerging growth companies, launch latest start-up, provide essential contracts and guidance to protect intellectual capital, immigration matters and also assist through venture funding and on to merger and acquisition if necessary.

Selvaraj Venugopal has completed his Law degree from the University of Bangalore, India. He has obtained a Bachelor Degree in English Literature from Madras University, India. He also has completed a Masters in English Literature from Sri Venkateswara University, India;

Carol Villalta

Ms. Villalta obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University in 2003. While in law school, she volunteered over 300 hours at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center (formally known as the East San Jose Community Law Center). A significant portion of her time there was focused on VAWA, Political Asylum cases, U and V visas. In the private sector, she worked in the areas of family law and deportation cases. Her understanding of VAWA and U visas was furthered enhanced by her work at Bay Area Legal Aid (San Jose) as a volunteer attorney. Ms. Villalta joined the firm in 2004 and has concentrated her work on business immigration cases.
